Ruby Walsh confirmed he will ride Pleasant Company for Willie Mullins at Aintree, as the super-jockey searches for a third Grand National title.
Mullins has five entries currently in the betting at Aintree, but Walsh has sided with Bobbyjo Chase winner Pleasant Company, who has marched up the betting in recent weeks and looks to have an excellent chance of winning the 2017 Grand National.
“I’d imagine I’ll ride Pleasant Company.” Walsh said to At The Races.
“Alechi (Inois) looks to have an awful lot of weight (11st 7lb). It’s probably a summer mark he has more than a winter mark. The others of ours from 55 downwards, will they get in? It’s touch and go.”
